Would be zero stars if I can. I don't believe the positive reviews are from real people. It has been months I tried to have a domain name unlocked for
... transfer with no resolve. They claim a reseller of theirs has to do so, but the reseller is holding the name hostage and fille up the registry with his phone number and email. They haven't even got a reply from the reseller. After months of runaround asking all useless info it's still not resolved. All they do is waste your time - AVOID AT ALL COST - Your name and company is worth too much risk with them. They try to skate around it even to reply to this. The Whois clearly has the name Gandi.net as the registrar. Just an other way to hide behind the truth, at the end of the day they have your domain. If they get scammers working for them it's the client that pays? All a scam as you can see they are always giving us the runaround and not helping the client. Claiming it's my reseller, Gandi has resellers NOT me. ZERO ZERO CLIENT SERVICE
