...use. Whenever I've had an issue, I have received a reply within 24 hours, which is good enough for me. They've been helpful and friendly even when I was asking really dumb questions. And I'm using really obsolete FTP software, and they stiil help me get what I want. I could find cheaper, but some of my colleagues have not had cheaper work out well for them, and I am frankly to lazy to even think about moving. Fully satisfied.
