Jia migrated my 3 Wordpress sites in a couple of hours, and was helpful in assisting us move over to Hostkoala.
I've rarely used support since then, but responses were always good. The server has been speedy and reliable on a whole, perhaps a bit faster than Fatcow.
The overall experience has been pleasant.
