...ed them to changed my IP address because their LA network got to black-list in the egyptian authorities. First they agreed to change it for additional fee, but afterwards changed their mind and refused. They said "Apply to the egyptian government, it's not our problem.." Very ridiculous and shamed, we are not child.. Of course, refund has also been refused.
I don't advised this hoster to anyone, they are not honest and like money very much
