I asked for a refund on a service 3 days after it autorenewed despite my business already being in liquidation and they refused. Took money for no work. policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
